Perfect for a relaxing getaway
Had a couple moments that really stood out during my stay. For instance, the staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed during breakfast, even remembering my pick for eggs.
It wasn’t exactly cheap but honestly still felt worth it.

I thoroughly enjoyed the stunning views of the Harbour and Bridge from my room. The accessibility throughout the hotel made it easy for me to navigate, particularly the lifts and well-placed seating areas.
More comfortable seating in common areas would be nice.

The Harbourview Hotel boasts breathtaking harbour views and a clean, comfortable room with a helpful staff. However, the train noise was bothersome at times, especially for light sleepers. Getting fresh towels took an unusually long time, which dampened an otherwise lovely experience.

Stunning Views and Cozy Stay
Our two-night escape included stunning views of the Harbour Bridge from our room. The friendly staff made our stay comfortable, though the bathroom could use more space. Don't miss out on the hotel's restaurant for a delightful dining experience. Great for couples seeking a romantic getaway!

missingWrote a review on Feb 25incredible viewfriendly staffcomfortable beddingtrain noisebar closing
The room had an incredible view of the harbour. it honestly felt like I was watching a live postcard. The bedding was comfy and the room was clean, which made my stay much better. Breakfast had delicious options, especially the scrambled eggs and sourdough. The staff were friendly, and the check-in process was quick. However, there were some drawbacks. The noise from the trains below kept me awake on a couple of nights. I also wanted to enjoy a drink at the bar late at night, but it closed earlier than expected, which was disappointing. Small bathroom space could be better, but at least it was clean. The location was great for catching the train around the city, which was super convenient. Overall, a good experience with room for improvement.

missingWrote a review on Jan 16rude stafflack of lift access
Our family had a very disappointing experience at the hotel. When we checked in, the staff was unhelpful and outright rude, which set a negative tone for our stay. The room we were given was not suited for our family size, which caused further frustration. We had to also deal with the hassle of carrying our 1-year-old baby around, especially without any lift access to the parking area. Overall, it felt like our needs were overlooked, making this stay really uncomfortable.
